Madrop provides software that lets you create Drops, generate media with third-party models, and store the results. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to use the service.

You own the prompts you write and the assets generated for your account, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers. You are responsible for making sure your prompts and outputs do not infringe anyone else’s rights or violate the law.

Starter credits on the Free plan are a usage allowance, not a cash balance, and may change. Paid plans, when offered, are billed according to the checkout you complete. We may suspend accounts that abuse providers, scrape the service, or attempt to bypass billing.

The service is provided as-is. Generation quality depends on third-party models and is not guaranteed. We are not liable for lost work beyond the amount you paid us in the prior 30 days.
