Privacy Policy

Madrop is a creative workspace. We collect the account details you provide (email, name), the Drops you create, conversation messages, generated assets, and billing records needed to run the product.

Generated files are stored in a private storage bucket and served through time-limited signed URLs. We do not sell your content. Provider APIs (for example Google, OpenAI, ElevenLabs) receive the prompts required to fulfill a generation you requested.

You can delete a Drop and its assets from Settings. To request account deletion, email the address on your Madrop account from that same inbox.

We use cookies and local storage for session, theme, and workspace cache. Analytics pixels are not part of the core product.
